Summary0000982: [BTF] BT RCU don't work properly.

our qa is reported about RCU issue frequently .
we need to check about this issue deeply.

[Precondition]
rcu BT Paired.

[Issue]
although BT is connected (checked in Google setting), BT rcu don't work. but box can find it via RCU find feature.
when push a button, RCU led is blinking and STB led don't blink.

We are checking the log to see if there is anything wrong.
Is there any difference with Mantis#974 and Mantis#976 ?

0000976 --> BT is paired and after key is proceed at once and It seem BT is disconnected and it working as IR.
0000974 --> Although BT is paired, RCU is unpaired suddenly via two case.
0000982 --> Although BT is paired, RCU , RCU don't work.

Hi Jason,

There is a commit to improve BT stack stability in r52210a. (20201015)
Please verify those issues on that release.
